By accessing KISKIR, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or any linked project surface.
2. Project Information
Project descriptions, features, roadmaps, and availability may change as the selected project portfolio evolves. Public pages are provided for information unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
3. Project-Specific Terms
Each project has its own Terms of Use: KoalaTube, YouTube Exoskeleton, YouTube Nightly Wiki, Archi's Torch, and LoopCam. Those pages describe the local-first product boundary, user responsibilities, and project limitations for that specific tool.
4. Shared Local-First Boundary
KISKIR projects are designed without telemetry, product analytics, login, account management, advertising, subscriptions, in-app purchases, or paid plans. Core product work runs locally on the user's device or browser unless a project page clearly says otherwise. The public kiskir.dev website may use aggregate website analytics to measure page visits and site reliability; that does not change the local-first product boundary.
5. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape at abusive rates, or use any content in a way that violates law or third-party rights.
6. Intellectual Property
KISKIR names, visuals, interfaces, copy, and project materials remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
7. No Warranty
The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that every page, feature, or project description will be uninterrupted, complete, current, or error free.
